Terms of Service
Rules for using the Vori platform, listing and purchasing digital products, making payments, and interacting between users.
These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between the Vori service (the “Administration”, “Platform”, “Service”) and any individual or legal entity using Vori to purchase, sell, list, or use digital products (the “User”).
Using the website, registering an account, listing products, topping up balance, purchasing products, or otherwise using Platform functionality constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
1 General provisions
1.1. Vori is an online platform for listing, selling, and purchasing digital products.
1.2. The Platform provides the technical means for interaction between Sellers and Buyers.
1.3. Administration is not the manufacturer, developer, or rights holder of products listed by Users unless otherwise stated in a specific product description.
1.4. Administration is not a party to transactions between Seller and Buyer and provides only the technical platform for concluding transactions.
1.5. The User agrees to comply with the laws of the Russian Federation and Canada and with the terms of this Agreement.
1.6. “MyID Ecosystem” means the collection of websites, services, applications, and platforms using the unified MyID identification system or owned by the same owner and associated with the MyID brand.
2 Registration and account
2.1. To use certain Platform features, the User must create an account.
2.2. When registering, the User must provide accurate information.
2.3. The User is responsible for keeping account login credentials secure.
2.4. All actions performed through the User’s account are considered performed by the User.
2.5. Transferring an account to third parties is prohibited.
2.6. Administration may restrict or block account access for violations of this Agreement.
3 Purchase of digital products
3.1. All products offered on the Platform are digital products.
3.2. After successful payment confirmation, the purchased product becomes available for download or access through the Platform interface.
3.3. The User must review the product description before making a purchase.
3.4. The Buyer is solely responsible for compatibility of the purchased product with their software, hardware, and other systems unless otherwise stated in the product description.
3.5. Administration does not guarantee that a product will meet the Buyer’s individual expectations.
4 Product payments
4.1. Product payments are processed through payment systems and aggregators available on the Platform.
4.2. The payment processor fee depends on the selected payment method.
4.3. The payment processor fee is paid by the Buyer and displayed before payment confirmation.
4.4. The final amount due may include a payment processor fee.
4.5. Administration is not responsible for third-party payment systems or payment processing delays.
5 Withdrawal of funds
5.1. Users who list products for sale through the Platform may withdraw received funds in accordance with Service rules.

5.2. A Platform withdrawal fee is charged: 6% for amounts below 1,000 RUB and 3% for amounts of 1,000 RUB or more.
5.3. The fee is withheld automatically when a withdrawal request is processed.
5.4. Administration may set a minimum withdrawal amount.
5.5. Administration may review transactions before processing a payout.
5.6. If signs of fraud, Service rule violations, or legal violations are detected, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the review is complete.
6 Seller responsibilities
6.1. The Seller guarantees that they hold all necessary rights to the listed product.
6.2. The Seller bears full responsibility for listed materials.
6.3. The Seller agrees to provide an accurate product description.
6.4. The following products are prohibited:
- that violate the laws of the Russian Federation and Canada;
- that infringe copyright and related rights;
- containing malicious software;
- intended for fraudulent activity;
- containing viruses, trojans, or other malware;
- that violate third-party rights.
6.5. Administration may remove any product without prior notice if there are grounds to believe it violates law or Platform rules.
7 Buyer responsibilities
7.1. The Buyer agrees to use purchased products only for lawful purposes.
7.2. The Buyer must not:
- distribute purchased products without the rights holder’s permission;
- resell products where explicitly prohibited by the license;
- use products for unlawful activity;
- infringe third-party copyrights.
8 Refund funds
8.1. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are issued only in cases required by applicable laws of the Russian Federation and/or Canada.
8.2. A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- inability to receive the paid product;
- material discrepancy between the product and its description;
- a technical error of the Platform.
8.3. Payment system and processor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
8.4. Each request is reviewed individually by Administration.
9 Limitation of liability
9.1. The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis.
9.2. Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted Service operation.
9.3. Administration is not responsible for:
- Seller and Buyer actions;
- content of listed products;
- loss of the User’s profits or data;
- inability to use the product due to the User’s hardware characteristics;
- actions of payment systems and banks.
9.4. Administration’s maximum liability is limited to the commission received by the Platform for the specific transaction.
10 Account suspension
10.1. Administration may restrict account access without prior notice in the following cases:
- violations of this Agreement;
- fraudulent actions;
- numerous complaints from other Users;
- violations of the laws of the Russian Federation and Canada.
10.2. During review, access to some account features may be restricted.
10.3. If, during registration, account verification, or Platform use, it is established that the User previously violated rules, user agreements, or other mandatory requirements of any MyID ecosystem service, Administration may restrict or fully block account access without prior notice.
10.4. An account block in a MyID ecosystem service may be grounds for automatically blocking the User’s Vori account.
10.5. If an account is blocked under Sections 10.3–10.4 of this Agreement, Administration may deny registration of new accounts, restrict Platform functionality, and limit access to funds until the violation review is complete.
10.6. The User agrees that MyID ecosystem services may exchange information about rule violations, fraudulent activity, misuse of functionality, and other actions that threaten the security of users and ecosystem services.
11 Agreement changes
11.1. Administration may amend this Agreement at any time.
11.2. A new version takes effect when it is published on the website.
11.3. Continued use of the Platform means the User accepts the updated Agreement.
12 Dispute resolution
12.1. The parties aim to resolve all disputes through negotiations.
12.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it is subject to consideration under the laws of the Russian Federation.
13 Final provisions
13.1. This Agreement takes effect when the User begins using the Platform.
13.2. If individual provisions of the Agreement are found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
13.3. By using the Vori Platform, the User confirms they have read this Agreement, understand its contents, and fully accept all terms.
