*copied from the official Origins discord entry* **disclaimer:** this pack is made for _fabric_ so it probably won't work so well on forge. **Impact: (1)** - Gameplay is mostly the same as vanilla. - Scaling: Minimal; based on familiarity ### Abilities: > `[💣︎✌︎☝︎✋︎👍︎]` (Arcana): The source of your power. > - __Mage's Respite__: Drinking any potion that isnt _harming_ or _poison_ boosts `Arcana` recovery for 15s > - __Esoterica__: `Using` a book with either hand causes you to channel, boosting `Arcana` recovery and __magic__ resistance > `[👌︎☹︎✌︎💧︎❄︎]` (Barrage): A bolt of concussive magic that damages foes. **Activate:** `Attack` key > - __Seeker's Arcana__: Holding the `Use` key while the bolt is midair allows you to control its trajectory > - __Arcane Artillery__: The bolt grows in power as it flies, and lasts up to 4s > `[👌︎☹︎⚐︎👍︎😐︎]` (Barrier): A curtain of force that repels enemies and their projectiles. **Activate:** `Use` key > - __Obsoletion__: Wielding a shield doubles `Barrage` cost > - __Stasis__: Enable or disable all activated abilities with `Load Toolbar Activator` (default 'X') ### Additional Details: > - `Barrage` deals greatly reduced self-damage and resets your fall distance if it detonates within the first 0.3s of being launched > > - `Barrier` provides some amount of directional damage resistance, and can counteract the force of gravity if pointed downwards. > > yes i know the namespace is 'test', it started like that and i just got lazy and didnt change it. ### Known Issues: > - Sometimes, somehow, a perfectly timed `Barrage` explodes multiple times and becomes very loud. It doesn't seem to increase damage dealt, but can dramatically increase knockback.
