Poké Discs is a resource pack that adds Pokémon music into Minecraft via the music discs.\ All music discs become **_Poké Discs_**, and have had their sprites updated to reflect the name change. Music includes **towns,** **battles** and **menu themes** from all generations. ### 📃 Song List Every music disc has been converted into a Poké Disc.
