Origins: Carver

*The roots are community. The roots are sustenance. The roots are life. The roots are power.* 🟩 **Burrow:** You are able to dig into lines of rooted dirt. If it hits air you will burrow to the other side, if it hits dirt it will grow roots into that dirt, and if it hits a target block it will send a redstone pulse. 🟩 **Empower:** You are able to empower yourself and connect to the root system while standing on rooted dirt. While empowered you will gain armour, be able to see entities that are standing on rooted dirt, pull entities towards you on hit, and spread roots to nearby dirt when killing entities. However, your movement will be heavily restricted. 🟢 **Spongy Support:** You will not take damage from falling onto rooted dirt. 🟡 **Insectoid Build:** You are half as tall as the average player. 🔴 **Fragile:** You require the support of roots to act as an exoskeleton, and hold your body together. When not empowered, you will take 2x damage from fire and 1.5x damage from all other sources. 🔴 **Unorthodox Diet**: You are unable to eat regular food. Instead, you gain hunger over time while empowered and when killing enemies while empowered. You can also... well, you can slurp the roots out of dirt. Why would you want to do that? I'm not telling you how to do that. That's disgusting. Credit to Redwood (redwood8498 on the discord), the "burrow" power is (with permission ofc) derived from their Clash origin's "jump" power.
